Mamubajee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online sports betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between mamubajee and its users ("you", "member").

• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Placing multiple related bets on the same match simultaneously (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Mamubajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mamubajee. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against mamubajee.
• Allowing minors to use your account.

Mamubajee may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Registration with false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, excluding any bonus balance.

Mamubajee is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Mamubajee is not liable for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Mamubajee is not responsible for errors on the part of third-party payment gateways.
• Mamubajee is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or network.
• Mamubajee will not provide any compensation for financial losses incurred through betting.
• Mamubajee is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Mamubajee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
